Matty is here to guide and inspire our Under 11s, bringing his rich experience and passion for nurturing young talent.

Originally from Melbourne, Matty’s journey began in the heartland of Australian football. He made his mark playing junior and senior footy in the Eastern Football League and later in the Mornington Peninsula Football League.

Three years ago, Matty and his family relocated to the Gold Coast, where he’s since transitioned seamlessly into coaching. Having already guided our Under 8s, 9s and 10s his commitment to player development shines through every season.

For Matty, coaching is about more than just footy; it’s about sparking a lifelong love for the game in young athletes. With unwavering enthusiasm, he’s excited to see another year of growth in our players, instilling in them the values of teamwork and passion for the sport.
